Information you give us

When you use the contact form or the project questionnaire, we collect your name, email address, and what you tell us about your project, such as its type, goals, budget range, and any message you include.

When you book an intro call, we collect your name, email address, and phone number. When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address.

Clients with an account also give us their account email, the messages they send us, and the details needed to invoice them.

Analytics and advertising cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this site, and Google Ads to measure whether our ads work. Both set cookies in your browser, such as _ga, _ga_*, and Google Ads conversion cookies.

These cookies record things like the pages you visit, how you arrived (including any ad campaign tags), your device and browser, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. When you submit a form, our server sends Google Analytics a conversion event linked to your _ga cookie's identifier, so we can tell which ads lead to inquiries. It doesn't include what you wrote in the form.

You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and manage ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.

Spam and abuse protection

Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than a bot.

When a form submission is rejected (for example, it looks automated or fails validation), we log the IP address, browser user agent, and any campaign tags on the visit, so we can spot problems that would stop real people from reaching us.

How we use it

We use what you give us to reply to your inquiry, schedule calls, deliver and invoice project work, and send the newsletter if you've subscribed. We use analytics to improve the site and our advertising.

We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the services that run this site and our business: Google (Analytics, Ads, and Calendar, for booking calls), Mailgun (sending email), Stripe (processing payments), Cloudflare (form protection), and DigitalOcean (hosting).

Card payments are handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and client information for as long as we're working together, and afterwards for as long as we need it for accounting, legal, or tax purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we'll do so unless we're required to keep it.
